6706 Nozzle Rail Assembly Removal Tool EN-49248 for Chevrolet GMC Cadillac GM Tool use method 1. Remove the sound insulation plate of the fuel injection fuel distribution pipe. 2. Disconnect the electrical wiring harness from the fuel distribution pipe bundle connector. 3. Disconnect all 4 fuel injector electrical connectors 4. Remove the bolt securing the fuel distribution pipe assembly. 5. Install EN-49248 stud (1) to the two central fuel distribution line assembly fixing bolts. Tighten the stud to 22 nm (16 ft pound-force). 6. Install EN-49248 on each stud and attach the hook to the fuel distribution line. Mounting nuts (3) Secure the removal tool to the stud and tighten it until it fits. 7. Remove fuel distribution line assembly (1) using EN-49248. Attention: 1. During installation of special tools and disassembly of fuel distribution pipe, carefully avoid contact with fuel distribution pipe bundle. 2.
